Former Russian Premier League referee Igor Fedotov has provided his assessment of the officiating in the 29th round match of the Mir Russian Premier League between CSKA Moscow and Pari Nizhny Novgorod. The game was held at the Sovcombank Arena in Nizhny Novgorod, with Andrei Prokopov from Yaroslavl serving as the head referee.
“I have no complaints about Prokopov — it was a solid performance from a young and promising official,” Fedotov told Championat correspondent Mikhail Rozhdestvensky.
CSKA currently sits in fifth place in the Russian league standings, with 48 points from 29 matches. Pari Nizhny Novgorod occupies the 15th spot in the RPL table, placing them in the direct relegation zone. They trail the playoff qualification places by three points.
